Web Presence 
The web is real estate’s way of the future. With 99% of all Greater Vancouver searches starting online, if you don`t have a website you might as well not have a phone. Even more important than having a website is having a solid web presence.   

Professional Photography 
Professional Photographs - Real estate photos are worth more than a thousand words and making every pixel count is more important than ever. Adam James hires the most talented real estate photographers in Vancouver to capture all the best features and assets that your home has to offer.

Floor Plans 
Adam James’ marketing package includes a professionally designed and measured floor plan - this not only refreshes the client’s memory of a previous viewing, but allows them to conceptualize their occupancy of the proposed space. Attractive and easy to read. 

Google Street View 
Adam James’ standard marketing package includes an automatic sync with Google Street View which allows buyers the ability to swivel 360 degrees even gives internet voyeurs the ability to take a virtual stroll of neighbourhoods.

Here are some of the key features of my customized marketing plan:  
  • A full colour, multi-picture tour, with up to 10 high quality pictures, will be uploaded onto all public MLS sites, as well as my own website, within 24hrs of the listing date.
  • Your property will be featured in RealtyLink in Print, a local real estate publication with extensive Downtown and Westside distribution. 
  • High-quality, full color feature sheets with multiple pictures will be produced for use at open houses and to be given to potential Buyers. 
  • A highly visible RE/MAX “For Sale” sign -with the industries most recognizable trademarks will be placed in the most prominent position possible on the property, incompliance with city signage and strata by-laws. 
  • An industry Open House will be held during the first week of the listing to promote your home to local realtors and allow them to preview it for their potential Buyers. Additional industry open houses will be held to coincide with any necessary price changes. 
  • With your approval, public open houses will be personally hosted, by me, at regular intervals during the listing period. If I am not available to host an open house, an experienced agent from our office with local market knowledge will host in my place. 
  • Your home will be promoted to all 200+ of our busy associates at all four of our RE/MAX Crest Realty Westside offices so that your home will be promoted to their potential buyers. 
  • I will provide a list of recommended professional services that can help you, if necessary, to get your home ready for public viewings.
  • Follow up emails/calls to all Realtors who have shown your property, to receive timely feedback from them and their Buyers. This feedback will be summarized and provided to you during our weekly updates.
  • All offers will be presented to you promptly and negotiated with your best interests in mind. Negotiations will be kept moving in a timely manner to facilitate decision making that meets your objectives for selling.
